Working with Ivie was great as we purchased our first cottage property ever. She returned calls promptly and was very helpful to my wife and I, even though she was technically working on behalf of the sellers. She helped facilitate most of the deal by email and phone, which helped us a lot because we do not live in the area where the property was located. She was very professional and we will not hesitate to have her act as our agent in the future should be decide to sell our cottage property.
