The first thing that drew us to Ivie was her website. We had been looking for some waterfront property for over a year and had dealt with a lot of realtors and there are not many out there that are as professional as Ivie. Her thoroughness and pictures of each property are very helpful in deciding whether we wanted to look at one or not and when we did, she was very quick in answering our questions and setting up a viewing if we wanted. We ended up buying on Blue Lake and her professionalism was there throughout the process. If we are ever in need of property again, we will ask Ivie for her help.
