We would highly recommend Ivie as a real estate agent to help you buy or sale your house. We bought a house from Ivie and then listed our cottage and she had it sold within 2 months. She always answered any questions we had in a very timely manner.
She does a wonderful job with her virtual tour and also lists your property on many different web sites. She also e-mails new properties when they become available,(because of this we were able to see our house we bought while in Arizona for the winter.)
She will also give you good advice in regards to offers and counter offers.
